Shiatsu is a form of therapy that supports and strengthens an individual's natural ability to heal and harmonize the body.
Shin Tai seeks to restore movement and balance. Shin Tai addresses energetic restrictions and distortions in the soft tissue and in the energy system, which manifests in a range of symptoms that affect the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person. Shin Tai restores LifeForce through a variety of techniques that include elements of Shiatsu, CranioSacral, Fascial, Structural, and Meningeal work. This enables individuals to have more energy and clarity to create the life that brings them the most joy.
Shiatsu Shin Tai is performed with the client fully clothed. Treatments are between 1hr to 1hr and 15min in length.
